Advising

Sheryl O'Loughlin, CES Executive Director and Lisa Sweeney, CES Director, Program, are available to advise GSB students and alumni in entrepreneurial aspirations or interests in early stage companies and venture capital. In the late winter and early spring of each year we are actively working with our entrepreneurial and venture capital community network to identify opportunities at early stage companies for summer internships and post-MBA experience.

Unfortunately, we are not able to extend these services to the community at large.

Advisory Sessions for Entrepreneurs

The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies offers a program to allow GSB students and alumni to get personal advice from experienced entrepreneurs, investors, executives and service providers. Advisory Sessions are an opportunity for you to meet in a confidential setting one-on-one, to seek feedback on a business idea, career plans or other professional advice.

Meetings are held in the CES and slots are allocated by application. If you are interested in meeting with an advisor, you must submit your application by the deadline given below. You will be emailed before the Advisory date if you have been allocated a time slot. Due to demand, not all applications can be accepted.

Please submit a different application for each person you wish to meet with, giving the reason you feel that individual could be of particular help to you.

These sessions are open to GSB students, non-GSB students in S356/S366, SIE or PRIE, and GSB alumni only.
