You-Go-Girl Website
Alumnae and women students have a new place to meet and learn from each other at alumni.gsb.stanford.edu/women. The new women’s website, launched in June by the Stanford Business School Alumni Association, features listings of upcoming events, videos of past events, and links to the new password-protected GSB Women’s Directory.
The website grew out of a brainstorming session last spring that included alumnae, faculty, and women students. The idea was further supported by an online focus group of alumnae. “We felt that setting up a website and directory for women was a way to begin to share relevant information and help build support networks throughout their lives,” said Erica Richter, MBA ’79, who directs lifelong learning for the office of Alumni Relations.
