Victor Arias is a senior client partner in the Dallas office of Korn/Ferry International and was recently named global leader of diversity and inclusion for the firm. His practice specialties include boards, real estate, and higher education.
Mr. Arias boasts more than 15 years of executive recruitment experience gained through working at several of the world’s most preeminent search firms. His clients, which range from medium-sized to major global firms, benefit greatly from his deep knowledge of Latin America and expertise in the area of diversity.
Prior to his executive search career, Mr. Arias spent 15 years in the corporate and commercial real estate business, working as a vice president at LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in Chicago, and later as EVP of marketing for the Las Colinas development in Dallas.
Since 2001, Mr. Arias has served on the board of directors of AFC Enterprises (NASDAQ:AFCE) and the board of advisors for the University of Notre Dame Institute of Latino Studies. He is a trustee emeritus on the Stanford University board of trustees and the UTEP Development Committee. Mr. Arias is a past White House Fellows Commissioner, a past national president and cofounder of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, and a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
Mr. Arias earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, where he was named Distinguished Alum in 2009.
