Victor Arias is a senior client partner in the Dallas office of Korn/Ferry International. He is a member of the consumer, real estate, and board of directors practices. He also founded the firm’s center of excellence for the Hispanic market.

Mr. Arias boasts more than a decade of executive search experience gained through working at several of the world’s most preeminent search firms. His clients, which range from medium-sized to major global firms, benefit greatly from his deep knowledge of Latin America and expertise in the area of diversity.

Prior to his executive search career, Mr. Arias spent 15 years in the corporate and commercial real estate business, working at Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, and as EVP of marketing for the Las Colinas development in Dallas.

Mr. Arias currently serves on the board of directors of Popeyes (NASDAQ:AFCE) and the board of advisors for the University of Notre Dame Institute of Latino Studies. He is a member of the UTEP Leadership Council and a trustee emeritus of Stanford University. He is a past commissioner of the White House Fellows program and past national president and cofounder of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.

Mr. Arias earned his BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
