Victor Arias is a senior client partner in the Dallas office of Korn/Ferry International.
He is co-head of the real estate sector and also specializes in the consumer sector and
board services.
Mr. Arias boasts more than a decade of executive search experience gained through
working at several of the world’s most preeminent search firms. His clients, which range
from medium-sized to major global firms, benefit greatly from his deep knowledge of
Latin America and expertise in the area of diversity.
Prior to his executive search career, Mr. Arias spent 15 years in the corporate and
commercial real estate business, working at Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, and
as EVP of marketing for the Las Colinas development in Dallas.
He currently serves on the board of directors of AFC Enterprises (NASDAQ: AFCE) and the
board of advisors for the University of Notre Dame Institute of Latino Studies. He is a
member of the UTEP Leadership Council and a former trustee of Stanford University. He
co-founded the National Society of Hispanic MBAs in 1988 and is past national president.
Mr. Arias earned his BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso and his MBA from the
Stanford Graduate School of Business.
