Daniel L. Grossman

Tukman Grossman Capital Management, Inc.

Daniel Grossman is a partner of Tukman Grossman Capital Management Inc., an
institutional equity management firm located in Larkspur, California. Tukman Grossman
Capital manages large-cap U.S. equities, predominately for pension funds, foundations,
and endowments. Mr. Grossman joined Melvin Tukman, the firm’s founder, in 1982,
and the two have managed client portfolios together for the past 25 years.

Prior to joining Tukman Grossman Capital, Mr. Grossman worked for four years for
Warren Buffett, chairman of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Grossman
grew up in Omaha and attended school there through high school. Mr. Grossman also
worked in the tax department for Coopers & Lybrand and in the corporate/strategic
planning department for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Companies.

Mr. Grossman received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1974 and
his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1976. He was captain
of the Yale varsity tennis team, on which he played for four years, and he received the
James A. Hutchinson Tennis Award in 1974.

Mr. Grossman and his wife, Dr. Catherine Kennedy (Stanford ’76), live in Tiburon,
California, with their blended family of six children.
