Enrique Zambrano has served as director and CEO of Groupo Proeza S.A. de C.V., a diversified
international company that has operations primarily in the automotive and agro industries,
since 1988.
Mr. Zambrano has served as a director of Xignux, a Mexican private industrial conglomerate,
and Frisa, a manufacturing industry. He is a director of ITESM, the largest private
University in Mexico. He also is a regional director of Banco de México and Banco Ve Por
Más. He is chairman of the Mexico-Japan business committee of the Mexican Business Council
for Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology, and Keidanren (Japan Business Federation).
He is
an honorary consul of Denmark for the northeast region of Mexico.
Mr. Zambrano earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his
BS in mechanical engineering from MIT.
