Attend any of the U.S. work authorization workshops on campus to get an overview of visa options and the timeline beyond your student status — including immigrant investor categories — from an immigration attorney. If you are unable to attend a session, you may view a video upon request.
Stanford GSB can connect you with an immigration lawyer for a complimentary consultation and guidance about your specific situation.

If you are an international alum who just graduated and are still working with a student visa (F or J) in the United States, the Bechtel International Center remains your primary liaison to maintain your legal status in the U.S. If you have questions about your current status, email their office or schedule an appointment.
