2007 Executive Challenge
Stanford's new curriculum provides our students with a "Leadership Lab" experience, in which students face real world challenges, and must combine critical thinking with the inter-personal skills that are needed to motivate others, build relationships and influence outcomes. The Labs culminated in the Executive Challenge, in which more than 150 senior-level alumni and leading executives came to Stanford to face off with students in simulated boardroom and executive meetings. The alumni provided the real world context and feedback that can only come from years of experience.
