Behavioral Lab
The GSB's Center for Psychological Research
The Behavioral Lab is an interdisciplinary laboratory designed for the study of human subjects. A major resource of the GSB, the Lab is available for use by all Stanford GSB faculty and PhD students, and research is primarily conducted in the organizational behavior and behavioral marketing fields.
Topics studied in the Lab include decision making, social justice, stereotyping, attitude formation and change, negotiation, team performance, leadership, power, and morality.
The interdisciplinary nature of the Lab means that it is collaborates extensively with other departments on the Stanford campus and, through collaborations with our faculty and students, works with outside research institutions.
The Lab is staffed by a laboratory manager, two research officers, and three full-time research assistants.
