Transfer from Experimentrak to Sona Systems: Information for Non-Stanford Participants:
If you have a registered participant account on http://experimentrak.net/sgsb2 you will need to register a new participant account on our new Sona Systems site. The following steps will help you make the transfer to the new site:
- Go to http://sgsb2.sona-systems.com (click the link, or copy and paste the URL into your Internet browser)
- Click "Request account here" under the New Participant? heading located at the bottom of the page.
- Complete the Account Information form on the Request an Account page.
- Your login information will be emailed to the email address you specified in your Account Information.
- Login to Sona Systems with the login information sent to you in the email.
- You will be prompted to complete a brief demographic questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire you will be taken to the main welcome page. From here you can check and sign-up for available studies as well as view and change your account information. NOTE: To change your password, go to My Profile > Change Password.
IMPORTANT: Your participant profile will not be transferred to Sona Systems. This means your completed studies list, personal information, etc will be erased when Experimentrak shuts down. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no way to transfer this information over. You will have to create a new account in order to continue participating in research conducted by the Behavioral Lab.
