Foreign Participants

If you are not a U.S. citizen, you may participate in studies run through the Behavioral Lab, unless the study specifies that only U.S. citizens can participate. However, because of strict tax regulations, you must provide the Behavioral Lab with two sets of copies of documentation regarding your legal status. Please follow the steps as listed below:

1. Print out the document checklist.
2. Put together 2 sets of copies of all documents listed in the document checklist.
3. Bring both the document checklist and the two sets of copies of documents with you to the Behavioral Lab Research Assistant's Office in room K17. For directions to the office, please click "Directions to Lab" above.
4. The Behavioral Lab will issue you an Identification Card, which you must bring with you every time you participate in a Behavioral Lab study.
