Transfer from Experimentrak to Sona Systems: Information for Stanford Participants:
If you have a registered participant account on http://experimentrak.net/sgsb (and you provided an @stanford email address) your account information was transferred over to the new site. To access your account on the new Sona Systems site, please follow the steps below:
- Go to http://sgsb.sona-systems.com (click the link or copy and paste the URL into your Internet browser)
- Your username is your Stanford email address. The system generated you a random password when your account was created on Sona Systems. (Sona Systems only allows participants to use a Stanford email address. This restriction is in place to make sure that only Stanford students and affiliates can access the site.
- To retrieve your password, click "Click here to retrieve it" under the "Lost your password?" heading at the bottom of the page.
- Your password will be emailed to your Stanford email address.
- Login to Sona Systems
- You will be prompted to complete a brief demographic questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire you will be taken to the main welcome page. From here you can check and sign-up for available studies as well as view and change your account information. NOTE: To change your password, go to My Profile > Change Password.
IMPORTANT: Your participant profile will not be transferred to Sona Systems. This means your completed studies list, personal information, etc will be erased when Experimentrak shuts down. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no way to transfer this information over. You will have to create a new account in order to continue participating in research conducted by the Behavioral Lab.
