Choosing a Title for Your Case
Before you decide on a title for your case, please check to see that no other case bears the same title. Check for duplicate titles by entering the title into the School's case database at: https://gsbapps.stanford.edu/cases/ and also by entering the title into Harvard Business School Publishing's site at: http://www.hbsp.harvard.edu/managers/index.html. Harvard will not accept a case from us if the title is a duplicate of one already in the collection. Subtitles are one way around duplicate titles. When you enter the title, leave off Inc. and Co. (they tend to return odd results).
