Application Process for 2009-10
Student Teams must submit all application materials (electronic and hard copies) by Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 9:00 AM. Complete instructions are on the application form. Please read through the instructions carefully to make sure that you submit the appropriate number of hard copies.
You are encouraged to submit your application as early as possible. This will allow us to contact you if we see problems with your application (unacceptable team composition, missing information, etc.) and for you to remedy the situation in advance of the deadline.
When delivering hard copies keep in mind that the Littlefield building is locked from 6:00 PM through 6:00 AM. I will be in my office (Littlefield 326) on December 1 (Tuesday) from 7:00 AM to receive last minute applications.

Identifying Venture Opportunities (referenced in S356 Application Form)
If a team member drops from the team prior to enrollment, the faculty have the right to decline admission of the team as a whole. Alternatively, we suggest that you find an alternate team member prior to the first day of class and submit an addendum to your application as to why your new team member is appropriate.
Application Review
Please note that there is no advance registration for S356. Admission to S356 is by approval of the instructors only. After you have submitted your team’s application by the December 1, 2009, 9:00 AM deadline, the instructors will review each application. Any incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Notification of Teams
All teams will be notified by 5:00 PM on Friday, December 4, as to whether they are admitted or not admitted to S356. At that point, the GSB Registrar is given the list of accepted students to be manually input into the S356 database.
Registration in S356
Admitted students will receive an email from Academic Operations during the week of December 7 advising them that they have permission to register in S356, and should add the course to their study list.
All teams will be notified as to whether they have or have not been accepted into S356 by 5:00 PM Friday, December 4, 2009.
