Application Process

2008-09 Course Information

The application deadline for 2008-09 will be Monday, December 1, 2008 at 2:00 PM.

Student Teams need to submit an application (available in early October) by Monday, December 1, 2008 at 2:00 PM. You must submit by the deadline:

  • We need BOTH an electronic version and hard copies of the application.
  • Submit the electronic version of your application to woo_yuri@gsb.stanford.edu.  This should be one electronic file containing all parts of your application (not separate files for each resume, etc.).
  • Submit eight (8) hard copies of the team application to Yuri Woo in Littlefield 326 (on the 3rd floor of the Littlefield Building of the Graduate School of Business).   Hard copies must be printed double-sided, stapled, and three-hole-punched.
  • If no one is in the office to receive your application, please place them in the “application inbox”.

 

The 2008-09 S356 Application Form and "Guidance in Applying" will be available here by mid-October.

 

If a team member drops from the team prior to enrollment, the faculty have the right to decline admission of the team as a whole. Alternatively, we suggest that you find an alternate team member prior to the first day of class and submit an addendum to your application as to why your new team member is appropriate.

 

Review and Notification Process

Your team may be interviewed for about 20 minutes on Thursday, December 4, 2008.  If the instructors feel that an interview is necessary, we will email your team to inform you and begin arrangements for a time and place for the meeting that works for most of your team. 

 

All teams will be notified whether they have or have not been accepted into S356 by 5:00 PM Friday, December 5, 2008.
