For those of you considering a search fund as an entrepreneurial path, this panel will inform you of all the basic issues you should consider as you get started. When to start, what types of companies to look for, where to find companies, and what types of managerial skills you should be prepared to develop. Some of the great gems you will pick up include: Cash is king, get into an industry that is growing, and hunt for companies that are not already on the block.
