This program featured GSB alumni who left the entrepreneurial venture they started—or where they held a senior position—and sought employment with an established company. This subset of job seekers had a unique set of issues related to the job search. Some of the issues include convincing yourself that you want to—or even can—work for someone else and packaging your experiences and resume so you are attractive to someone else for hire. The high level strategic skills of being a CEO do not easily map to some of the more functional positions of an established company. The once-CEO must respond to the question "and why don't you want to run the show?" And if you want to make an industry change, are you willing to do what it takes to learn a new industry?
