Offshoring and outsourcing are two "unstoppable trends," according to Ian Davis, head of McKinsey & Co. While offshoring and outsourcing have been common trends in the United States, they are starting to appear in places such as Japan and Sweden as well.Global CEOs have a pressing need to match employees with the right capabilities to the tasks that need doing.In the next decade, Davis told students, "There's going to be a tremendous focus on capabilities.
