Bush nominates Edward Lazear to chair Council of Economic Advisors

President Bush nominated Stanford GSB professor Edward Lazear to be chair of the President's Council of Economic Advisors. Lazear is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford's public policy research center, as well as the founding editor of the Journal of Labor Economic. He has taught at the GSB since 1992.
