The Corporate Governance Research Program (CGRP), established in 2006, is a leader in developing knowledge and education about domestic and international corporate governance. The CGRP is a companion program to the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University, a joint initiative of Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford Law School.
