Company Communications

Recruiter Days (RDs)

Recruiter Days (RDs) allow students to efficiently learn about more organizations within a confined timeframe. The RD is the venue for organizations to deliver short presentations to students on their competitive positioning, overall business direction and recruiting process.

Company Networking Nights (CNNs)
Company Networking Nights (CNNs) allow multiple organizations to come to campus and meet with students in a “career fair” setting.

Meet the Company Presentations (MTCs)

Meet the Company presentations (MTCs) are more formal organization presentations designed for first-year students, although second-year students may attend. MTCs provide valuable information on a firm’s career opportunities, competitive positioning, organizational challenges, successes, and culture.

Off-Campus Receptions/ Events

Many organizations that recruit also conduct off-campus receptions or other activities. These events provide students the opportunity to demonstrate their interest in a firm, to get to know the companies in more depth, and to meet additional representatives of the organizations face to face.

GSB Job Board

Recruiters can post positions to GSB alumni and students through the GSB Job Board. Accounts are automatically issued and the system now allows recruiters to extend, expired, post, and repost positions to a designated GSB population. The service is free of charge. A weekly summary of all the jobs is sent to the student and alumni.
