Relationship with Firms

CMC staff members spend a significant amount of time building relationships with current employers and developing new ones to ensure a diversity of job opportunities for students. Staff members plan their marketing efforts to include targeted geographical locations and industries. Student preferences, GSB faculty initiatives, and market conditions/ trends are considered. Hundreds of organizations are contacted throughout the year. Many organizations choose to recruit with the GSB by providing correspondence opportunities. Others participate conferences or career fairs. Still more participate in on-campus recruiting.
