On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) is a high-impact way to recruit Stanford MBAs. To be successful, your recruiting effort requires full commitment and coordination. Start by reviewing the OCR Checklist as well as Interview Schedules. You will then be ready for OCR Registration.
We encourage you to consider an on-campus presentation as well as contacting students directly using our Employer Communications Tool. We also recommend browsing Recruiting Strategy for useful recruiting tips, tools, and other resources. The entire CMC team will partner with you to develop a recruiting strategy that minimizes your resources and maximizes your success.
