Job Posting to Students and Alumni
The Stanford GSB Job Board is a free, quick, and efficient way for recruiters and GSB Alumni to communicate MBA-level opportunities to a highly targeted audience.
- MBA students, Sloan Fellows, and alumni have 24/7 access to the searchable database of job postings.
- Students and alumni can set profiles and search parameters. These send your job opportunities directly to their desktops.
- New postings are featured weekly via email to students and alumni.
Getting Started - Posting to Students and Alumni
First Time Users - Select "Create New Account" at the upper right of this page and complete the account creation with your organization and contact information. Once you have established and account you'll see the "Recruiter Dashboard". On the dashboard, located in the center of the page, you will see "Alumni/Student Job Board Posting and next to this you will see "Add a New Job".
Returning Users: If you are returning, simply log in directly to our Recruiter Dashboard.
Guidelines for a Successful Posting
- Three fields MUST be completed: Job Description, Qualifications, and Company.
- Be specific in your job requirements. You will receive more relevant applicants by including specifics on skills, responsibilities, and amount of experience.
- Include the title of the person to whom the position reports.
- If your company is not well known, provide information about the organization's culture and the unique business opportunity. This will help generate interest.
- If recruiting current students, read our latest Employment Report for questions about compensation.
- If you are looking for roles that do not require MBA-level experience, try the Stanford University Job Board.
For Executive Search Firms
- The name and brief description of the company for which you are recruiting must be included in the company description field. If the search is highly confidential, a description of the company including industry and size is still required. If insufficient company information is provided, we will be unable to approve the posting.
- When entering your firm's name, please add the descriptor "(search firm)" immediately after.
For example: Executive Solutions (search firm)
