Whether you are considering an on-campus or off-campus event, we can direct you to catering resources. We would also be glad to assist you with recommendations or questions.
Close to your presentation date, it's a good idea to call your Recruiting Relationship Manager. You can check on attendance figures and alter food orders if necessary.
On-Campus Events
A large majority of organizations offer food and refreshments during on-campus presentations.
Serving food can help retain your audience, especially if you are presenting during lunch hour. Students will not need to grab lunch before afternoon classes start. But this does not mean that every organization needs to serve food. We respect that each organization needs to consider its own situation and resources.
