Interview Schedules
To give all our students a full opportunity to be considered for new career paths, we do not offer a 100-percent closed interview schedule option. If you prefer a 100-percent closed schedule, you must interview off campus.
To interview on campus, we offer a 70% closed / 30% open schedule.
This means that 70 percent of interviews are determined by your pre-selection of students from the Resume Databases or resume drop and 30 percent of interviews are open for bidding.

*Back-to-back schedules are appropriate when you want each student to have two interviews, one after the other, with two different recruiters. We will reserve two rooms for your back-to-back schedules. However, these schedules must be requested when your original date request is submitted. If you sign up for a back-to-back schedule, you cannot change your schedule unless you notify your Recruiting Relationship Manager three weeks before your interview date.
OCR Interview Times
Interview schedules are synchronized with classes. Classes during fall OCR are not held on Wednesdays and during winter OCR are not held on Fridays.
Class hours are:
• 8:00–9:45 a.m.
• 10:00–11:45 a.m.
• 1:15–3:00 p.m.
• 3:15–5:00 p.m.
During the fall quarter, OCR interviews for full-time opportunities will be held during normal business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, OCR interviews will be held from 12 noon–8:00 p.m.
During winter quarter, OCR interviews for summer internship and full-time opportunities will be held during normal business hours on Wednesday and Friday. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, OCR interviews wil be held from 12 noon–8:00 p.m. This schedule provides more interview time slots when students are not in class.
