Resume Databases
For recruiting partners, the CMC publishes resume databases containing first- and second-year MBA resumes.
The simple interface and allows you to:
- Search by category such as industry experience or language proficiency, or select keywords
- Invite students to recruiting events or interviews via email
- Forward resumes of interest to colleagues
- Export multiple students' contact data to a single file
Resume databases are a great tool for targeting your high potential students. Since Stanford GSB’s class size is small the personalized approach can work really well. By sending personalized emails or making personalized phone calls organizations have increased their success in recruiting GSB students.
Note: Resume databases are not available for purchase by third parties such as executive search firms.
