To achieve your recruiting goals, it is essential to develop a comprehensive and effective strategy. The CMC team will partner with you in providing recruiting strategy consultation. We have also compiled a number of helpful best practices.

We recommend a variety of targeted events and approaches for marketing to students. These include student clubs, the student newspaper, and GSB's Corporate Development department.

An important component of strategic recruiting is international hiring. One-third of GSB students are international and bring a wealth of multilingual and multicultural skills, experiences, and perspectives. To broaden your pool of exceptional candidates, including international students is a great strategy.
