Recruiting Event Request Form
You can strengthen your presence on campus or off campus by holding career-related events with clubs or recruiting events with targeted groups of students.
To enable organizations to maximize student attendance at their events and prevent date conflicts between organizations, GSB Recruiter Policies require that all events involving five or more students, both off campus and on campus, be approved by the Career Management Center (CMC) prior to marketing. Please complete the form below for each event you are planning to hold. Proposed dates submitted by July 15, 2009 will be reviewed and either approved or declined by July 31, 2009. Proposed dates submitted after July 15, 2009 will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning on August 1. Please check with your Recruiting Relationship Manager for the most up-to-date academic and recruiting schedules.
Critical Details on Events with Clubs
Club activity is student-driven and events are at the clubs' discretion. Students are most interested in educational workshops and presentations that are interactive and cutting-edge.
You must include detailed information in your request. Requests that do not contain the exact details of the event will delay the consideration process and cannot be sent to club leaders or be approved.
