1971

For more than 30 years, the elective known as Touchy Feely has been a GSB mainstay, so enduring that in the 1980s the course creators—faculty members David Bradford and Jerry Porras— produced a package of materials to allow faculty at other schools to replicate it. Officially titled Interpersonal Dynamics, the 1971 class was taught by Larry Pinfield, then a GSB associate professor, who led MBA students through the process of understanding personal style and improving the way they relate to others.
