ALUMS AND their guests pushed back their chairs and relaxed after dinner and chapter
elections at the Bell and Bow restaurant in Oakland. The occasion was the fall dinner
meeting of the East Bay-Oakland chapter of the Stanford Business School Alumni
Association, Bill Elfstrum, MBA '49, presiding. The SBSAA was founded in 1947 and had 14
chapters by the time of the November dinner. Today it has 42, some as far from Oakland as
Denmark, Singapore, and Australia. |
