Daphne is responsible for a broad range of duties that encompass the design and development of the Library and Research Hub websites, systems management, and operational data analytics and support. Previously, she worked at the Library of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Daphne holds an MS in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University, an MBA from the University of Surrey, an MLIS (Master of Library and Information Science) from Rutgers University, and a BA from National Taiwan University. Additionally, she has pursued studies in the MFA program in Web Design and New Media at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
