Small Team Participation

Develop your company’s idea or tackle a business challenge in your own organization.

Take your learning in the Driving Innovation program to the next level by working with your team to develop your own innovation initiative, guided by the program’s faculty director. In addition to the core curriculum and group innovation challenges, your small team will participate in a guided process that begins with a design thinking session and continues through a sequence of assignments tailored to the various types of innovation challenges teams face. Project-related content will be introduced during the core three-week program, and will progress for an additional three weeks punctuated by regular faculty director check-ins. At the end of the six weeks, your team will work with a communications coach to hone your presentation skills and conclude with an opportunity to practice pitching your project.
