This program exceeded my expectations. The content, speakers, program facilitators, location, activities — everything was very well planned and applicable to my day-to-day. I left with my "cup" full of new ideas, validation for a lot of the good work that my team is doing, thoughts on my evolution as a leader, and a bunch of new, valuable contacts.

The knowledge that I’m taking back from this program will give my company a huge advantage because it will help us to further operationalize what we’re doing and to think outside of the box. For me, this was one of the big goals, was to be able to stop looking inward so much and look at what’s happening in the marketplace and how should we change our organization.
