Responsibility. His research interests focus on the area of business ethics and
corporate social responsibility, and he has also published in the fields of
political theory and aesthetics.

Jesper B. Sørensen
Walter Kenneth Kilpatrick Professor of Organizational Behavior; Professor of Sociology (by courtesy), School of Humanities and Sciences
Jesper Sørensen specializes in the dynamics of organizational and strategic change, and their implications for individuals and their careers. His research on firm outcomes has focused on the impact of organizational structure and culture on organizational learning, performance and innovation. His work on the dynamics of teams has led to new insights concerning how people respond to changes in the racial composition of their workgroups. Currently, Sørensen is engaged in a large-scale project on the determinants of entrepreneurial behavior that examines several previously unanswered questions, such as how work environments shape rates of entrepreneurship.[View Profile]

Business School.
Ignasi Carreras specializes in strategy, leadership, and management of change in
organizations and directs ESADE’s Executive Education programs. He also
directs
ESADE’s Institute for Social Innovation which is devoted to generating
and circulating knowledge and to providing training in the spheres of corporate
social responsibility, the ethics of organizations, leadership and management of

Thoma Professor of Operations, Information, and Technology; Director of the Strategies and Leadership in Supply Chains Executive Program; Director of the Stanford Global Supply Chain Management Forum
Hau Lee’s research focuses on supply chain management, work that addresses how to get products or services to their destination by managing the flow of materials, information, and money. M. Lozano

Full Professor, Department of Social Sciences and
Institute of Social Innovation, ESADE Business School
Josep Lozano has been an ESADE professor since 1986 and is
currently a Professor in the Department of Social Sciences. His research and
teaching work has always dealt with the contribution of companies to society
and the human quality of organizations.
Josep is a cofounder of Ética, Economía
y Dirección (the Spanish branch of the European Business Ethics Network); a
member of the international board of Ethical Perspectives and of the Society
and Business Review; he is also a member of the board of trustees or of the
advisory board of various foundations and associations. He was ESADE’s
representative in the consortium of European universities that created the
European Academy on Business in Society (EABiS). He was a member of the
Commission for the Debate on Values, created by the Generalitat (Autonomous
Government) of Catalonia, and he is a member of the Forum of Experts in CSR of
the Spanish Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. He is also the Director
of the Observatory on Ethical, Ecological, and Social Investment Funds in
Spain.

Professor Mendoza’s expertise is in Strategic Management and Public Management.
He has published widely in topics related to strategic management, public
management, and the management of professionals. His recent research focuses on
the internationalization processes of medium-sized and large Spanish
manufacturing and service companies. He has served as a consultant in corporate
strategy and organizational change for numerous Spanish and multinational
companies in different industries and countries.

Vilanova
Senior Researcher, Institute of Social
Innovation, ESADE Business School; Lecturer in different business and
society courses in the undergraduate, MSc, MBA, and executive programs at
ESADE Business School
Marc Vilanova is a researcher and lecturer at the Institute
for Social Innovation at ESADE Business School, specializing in responsible
competitiveness, corporate social responsibility, and accountability. With a
background in economics, he has worked more than 10 years as an international
consultant for the private, public, and third sector, working for organizations
such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kokusai Kogyo, United Nations, and the World Bank
among others. He has managed and/or published research projects on responsible
competitiveness, CSR practices in the financial sector, the relationship between
CSR and competitiveness, accountability, social labeling, organizational
sustainability, and learning for sustainable development. He is a lecturer in
different business and society courses in the undergraduate, MSc, MBA, and
executive programs at ESADE Business School, such as Corporate Citizenship,
Stakeholder Engagement and Instruments and Tools for Managing CSR Strategies. He
is one of the cofounders of the Barcelona regional center of expertise of
learning for sustainable development (RCE Barcelona), recognized by United
Nations University.

Susanne Stormer
Vice President, Global TBL Management Novo Nordisk
Susanne Stormer is Vice President of Global TBL Management at the Danish-based pharmaceutical company, Novo Nordisk. TBL is short for Triple Bottom Line - the Novo Nordisk principle to always strive to be a financially, environmentally and socially responsible business.
In this capacity she sets the strategic direction for the company's positioning as a sustainability leader and a pioneer in demonstrating the long-term business value of incorporating economic, social and environmental perspectives into its market proposition. She and her team is charged with aligning, driving and accounting for the company's performance, and for communicating effectively and engagingly on Novo Nordisk's successes as well as its challenges. In addition she serves as executive support and counsel to the Board.
