Ideal candidates are high-level philanthropy leaders, senior program
officers, executive directors, presidents, CEOs or active board members who want
to augment their skills in leadership, business strategy, and organizational
vision. The program targets private, corporate, community,
and operating foundations that grant at least $2 million annually and have
full-time staff.
 As a grantmaker interested in helping organizations deepen their impact, I was able to steep myself in the latest strategy and management literature - then debate these ideas with Stanford's luminary faculty and a diverse group of foundation leaders.
