About the Admission Procedure
- Application does not guarantee admission; an Admissions Committee will review all complete applications.
- Applicants will be notified about their admission status approximately 1 week after the application deadline.
- Applications received after the application deadline will be considered on a space-available basis.
- Our Application Coordinator will confirm receipt of your application by email or fax within 72 hours.

Fees
- Unless stated otherwise, fees include tuition, room, meals, books and other course materials.
- To confirm a place in the class, payment is due upon notification of admission.
- Prices are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration for those on the waiting list and due to the fact that we send materials in advance to those admitted, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- 100 percent refund if notification is more than 30 days from the start of the program.
- 50 percent refund if notification is between 15 and 30 days from the start of the program.
- No refund if notification is less than 15 days from the start of the program.

Program dates, fees, and faculty are subject to change. If a program is cancelled, Stanford will refund the program tuition in full but is not responsible for travel, accommodations or other expenses incurred by the participant.
