Using the Strategy Diamond Framework
The strategy diamond is a powerful framework to help leaders understand their organization and its current situation. In three modules, participants will learn to identify types of strategic situations and to assess the organization and its culture.
Helping Strategic Change Leaders Succeed
Participants will look at how effective change leaders move the organization to make the "aspirational vision" happen and explore how effective change leaders maintain motivation during the change process. The two-module session brings together all the elements of the strategic change process.
