This academically intensive program is designed for top-level executives with at least 10 to 15 years of management experience. Appropriate for executives responsible for strategic change initiatives within their organizations.
 The program provided me with tools and frameworks that can be used--and reused--on a variety of projects as well as practical "building blocks" that can be leveraged to guide you through the strategy creation and execution process.
