Human Resource Blueprints
This session illustrates the importance of having a coherent HR system, or "blueprint," that is aligned with the business strategy and market context, internally consistent in its premises and messages, and implemented by management in a coherent, credible, and continuous way.

Turning Strategy into Action
Many more firms know what they ought to do about managing their human assets than, in fact, put this insight into practice. Participants explore: (a) how to link an organization's strategy to its human resource policies and practices and (b) how to gauge the consistency or inconsistency among a set of human resource practices.
