Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, the following cancellation policy has been established:

• Cancellations or deferrals received between 15 and 30 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a cancellation fee of one-third of the program fee
• Cancellations or deferrals received between 8 and 14 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a cancellation fee of two-thirds of the program fee.
• Cancellations or deferrals made within 7 days of the program start date are subject to full payment.
