Post-Program Opportunities

One of the unique benefits of the LCOR program is that the learning doesn't end when you leave campus.  We offer several opportunities for participants to extend the impact of the LCOR learning experience throughout their organizations. These scalable and flexible options include:

Community Website
LCOR participants will have continued access to a Website with examples of successful applications of LCOR concepts and other related resources.

The Multimedia Action Learning Toolkit
Each of the four self-contained modules in this CD-ROM based Toolkit covers one of the key principles of the course. The modules can act as a "refresher" for LCOR past participants and serve to communicate the LCOR principles to coworkers and colleagues. Additional licenses can be purchased for a wider distribution within your organization.

Team Facilitation Services
Stanford and Harvard experts are available to lead LCOR workshops within your company, both for working teams and to train others to facilitate future workshops.

Custom Programs
Stanford and Harvard are available to discuss custom program delivery of the LCOR concepts, tailored specifically to your organization's unique needs.

This program gave me the methodology for analyzing strategy, gaps, root causes, and solutions. I returned from the program with a plan of action for implementing change in my organization.
