All program participants are given time to conceive, create, and
develop their own Personal Roadmap. The
Roadmap serves as a canvas upon which participants record their own key
insights during the program, visually map and relate these insights to
each other, and identify solutions to the strategic challenges faced by
their organizations. In addition, participants often share their
Roadmaps with each other as a basis for discussion and debate. As a
result, participants return to their organization with both a plan and
the tools to drive results.
All participants in the Stanford Executive Program are considered alumni of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and are eligible for lifetime memberships in the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association provides participants with endless opportunities for further learning, networking, and enjoyment.
Those who opt to pay for a lifetime membership receive additional benefits that include:
- Invitations to worldwide Stanford-sponsored
reunions, conferences, and executive forums
- Participation in regional alumni chapters
that plan both educational and social events
- Lifetime access to the worldwide network of
over 25,000 Stanford Business School alumni
- Lifetime access to Stanford Business School's
Library and online research databases
- Lifetime subscription to Stanford Business magazine
For more information on Alumni Association membership and benefits, please visit:

The Stanford Business School also organizes events and
programs specifically for past participants in the Stanford Executive Program.
These events offer program alumni the chance to refresh and extend their
learnings, reconnect
with classmates, and build new relationships across other
program classes. A three-day Stanford Executive Program Alumni Seminar is held
every two years, and past classes often plan their own reunions in addition to
these seminars.

SEP really helps put a career in focus. All of us left with ideas that have powered us through the year, and will last for years ahead. And most important, we formed a lasting bond. The rule in our class is that if you travel to the vicinity of a classmate, you’ve got to give him or her a call, and get together for lunch, dinner, or a drink.
Alan Murray
Deputy Managing Editor
Wall Street Journal, SEP 2005
Program dates, fees, and faculty are subject to change. If a program is cancelled, Stanford will refund the program tuition in full but is not responsible for travel, accommodations or other expenses incurred by the participant.
