The campus of Stanford University is
located in the heart of Silicon Valley approximately 30 miles (50 kilometers) south of the city of San
Francisco and 20 miles (30 kilometers) north of the city of San
Jose. Both cities feature international airports with direct flights linking many locations worldwide, and connecting
by rail, bus, and car service to the Stanford campus. All classes are held at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. All program participants reside on campus at the Schwab Residential Center, Stanford's award-winning executive facility.

The Stanford campus is world renowned for its
natural beauty, Spanish mission-style architecture, and temperate climate. With more than 8,180 acres (3,310 hectares), Stanford's
campus ranks as one of the largest in the United States.
Participants in the Stanford Executive Program
become part of a quintessential university setting: residing together,
walking or biking to classes, and enjoying access to Stanford University
facilities.
Designed by renowned Mexican architect Ricardo
Legorreta, the Schwab Residential Center gives residents ample privacy
while promoting collegial interaction.
All participants enjoy comfortable private rooms
that include a private bath, extra-long double bed, desk, personal
computer with high-speed internet service, phone with direct outside
line and voicemail, television, and ample study space. Each room shares
a full kitchen with a neighboring room, and participants have access to
the Center's exercise room and fax, mail, and print services.
All participants in the Stanford Executive Program
live at the Center, which is wheelchair-accessible and located a short
walk from program classrooms.

By participating in the Stanford Executive Program, I have gained invaluable experience and insight from a management perspective. The knowledge that I have acquired through academic study and experience sharing with other participants from such diverse organizational backgrounds will enable me to examine matters in the future more strategically and from wider perspectives.
