The global economy has redefined the dynamics of competition for modern organizations.  With product lifecycles shortening and worldwide rivalries increasing, success depends on effective global supply chain leadership and strategies to deliver the right product to the right market at the right time.

This program gives you the tools you need to create and manage market-leading global supply chains. Taught by world-renowned thought leaders, the program focuses on dealing with the complexity involved in managing supply chains that span continents and dominate markets.  These supply chains demand strategies and systems that are agile, adaptable, and aligned.

Particular emphasis is placed on leadership and strategic frameworks to drive supply chain excellence, in both established and emerging economies.  The program explores innovative ways in which organizations can strategically leverage supply chains to create and capture the most value.  Additional focus is on global supply chains, sustainability, points of supply and demand, advanced technologies, and market implications.  Integrating ideas from the latest research and best practices, participants learn how to structure and lead supply chains that will positively impact the strategic and organizational direction of their company.
