Organizational Culture
Participants will analyze a firm's culture by looking at its origin,
sustainability, and how it can be managed strategically. Participants will
examine the relationship between the culture and the architecture.
Trends in
Supply Chain Management
Case studies will be used to demonstrate how changes in
supply chain management impact companies. There will be discussions on
cross-enterprise partnership for delivering better service at lower costs and on the
next step beyond technological innovations, where a supply chain can react as
fast as market and production conditions change.

Relationship Management at a Service Supply Chain
