Businesses today operate in an international environment - global markets, suppliers, alliances, and partnerships. The basic principles of management are universal, but they are often interpreted and applied differently in other parts of the world.
This program focuses on the strategic business issues faced by Asian businesses operating in a Pan-Asian or Global context. It explores the fundamentals of general management theory and practice from the United States, with the added benefit of an Asian-Pacific perspective.
The Stanford-National University of Singapore Executive Program offers valuable management perspectives from the United States with added Asian-Pacific elements. Participants explore general management concepts in all major functional areas while learning the latest insights on management strategy. Faculty-directed sessions introduce tools to improve analytical and behavioral skills.
