Heidi Roizen: Growing and Maintaining a Network

Heidi Roizen, a well known technology entrepreneur and former venture capitalist, talks about social networking and how she grows and maintains her very large network. Roizen discusses why she likes networking and how she uses tools such as e-mail, parties, and holiday newsletters to stay in contact. She enjoys helping people and talks about win-win situations and when to be careful not to ask for too many favors. Roizen comments on pruning her network when people take advantage of the relationship and offers advice on how to gain access to senior level people.
