The Stanford – Endeavor Leadership Program is the first course designed specifically for Endeavor Entrepreneurs by the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) and Endeavor. Located at Stanford, in the heart of Silicon Valley, this weeklong program will draw from the best of the GSB’s world-class faculty and network to specifically help Endeavor Entrepreneurs to build leading companies in a competitive global marketplace. This program is subsidized in part of the GSB. 

Participants of the Leadership Program will:

• Develop the core competencies to lead and transform growing companies
• Frameworks to manage growth and tools to drive a vibrant corporate culture
• Learn and hone leadership skills to operate competitively in a global marketplace
• Address opportunities and challenges in scaling global companies 

The Stanford campus and the surrounding environment of Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area provide an extraordinary setting in which to undertake an academic program. During the program, participants attend classes on campus and are encouraged to take advantage of all Stanford has to offer.

Featured Faculty

George Foster, the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Management, Stanford Graduate School of Business, conducts research on the management of new enterprises, the globalization strategies of growing companies, and the performance of venture-backed entrepreneurial companies. He is actively involved in the Silicon Valley business community and serves on the boards of directors of a venture capital firm and several start-up companies. 

Established in 1997, Endeavor is leading the High-Impact Entrepreneurship movement around the world. Endeavor helps entrepreneurs overcome barriers to growth by providing the key ingredients to success: mentorship; networks; strategic advice; talent; skills; access to smart capital; and inspiration.
