  • VALS - One of the most widely cited approaches to psychographic segmentation is the VALS index, developed by SRI. You can got to this site and fill out a survey to find out your type.
  • Marketing Virtual Library - Knowledge resource for market research, marketing plans, marketing strategies and more.
  • AC Nielsen - Trends in different industries, consumer behavior.
  • Choices 3 (CD-ROM Workstation) - Fall 2001 Release of Simmons Study of Media & Markets on buying and media habits of consumers of the US. It can be used to retrieve demographic and psychographic information about a target group.
  • Ad$pender (CD-ROM Workstation) - Summary level advertising expenditures across 11 media (print and broadcast, but no Internet). The data is from 2000 to present.
  • Claritas - Marketing and demographic information at the county and zip code level.
