LehmanLive is a database that provides research reports and financial market data, and is offered complimentarily by Lehman Brothers, through collaborative effort between the Jackson Library and the GSB Development Office. Initially the database will be available in the Jackson Library's Trader's Pit as a beta test. The Library is currently negotiating IP-based access for the GSB community. At the presentation, Lehman Brothers' representatives will provide an overview of the product and answer questions from the audience.

The Thomson Investext database became available to the GSB community on February 1, 2008. The database provides investment research reports written by analysts at investment banks and consulting firms. The Investext collection contains over 5 million reports with in-depth analysis on international companies, industries, products and countries.

Free ImageBooks at Jackson Library

Jackson Library is giving away hundreds of books from Monday, February 11th through Friday, February 15th. Books will be displayed in the Student Lounge area of the library. Investor Calendar is a daily calendar of investor relations events and free access to live and archived corporate communication. Look in (Company Research > Corporate Reports)

The Wall Street Journal Markets Data Center will let you see U.S and International markets at a glance. Check out stocks, bonds, treasury yield, commodities and futures. Look in (Finance & Investment > Stocks)

State Master is a statistical database for comparing U. S. states according to several thousand criteria. Look in (Statistics > US Statistics)
