"Vital Engagement and Work: A Self-Leadership Perspective (or, everything I know about life I learned from Arnold Schwarzenegger)"

Rod Kramer, William R. Kimball Professor of Organizational Behavior at the GSB

Self-leadership is a critical process that involves effectively managing the self, especially in the pursuit of important and challenging objectives. In this session, Professor Kramer will present a framework for thinking about the determinants and consequences of effective self-leadership. To develop the framework, he will examine the remarkable careers of Arnold Schwarzenegger, from body-builder to actor to politician.
